Handover/Shift Change in the Ward
The nursing staff in our wards work in shifts and handovers are therefore necessary.
During the handover from one member of nursing staff to another, any important findings or further scheduled examinations will be discussed. This daily handover ensures that continuous patient care can be maintained in the ward.
