Please bring a referral or a letter of admission (a prescription for hospital treatment) from your doctor and your current medical files (e.g. X-ray images, laboratory results, etc.), if available, to your consultation.

You will need to present your health insurance card when attending consultation, as is also the case when visiting doctors’ practices.
