An example of this is body plethysmography. Videobronchoscopy is available for endoscopy of the respiratory tract. Ergospirometry is a method that is also used in sports medicine and allows objective assessment of physical performance. Overall testing of the function of heart, circulation and muscles, as well as the lungs and oxygen transport, can be conducted with this method.
