Patients with incurable diseases are not only expertly cared for and supported with life-prolonging chemotherapy, but also with palliative medicine to enhance their quality of life.

Our interdisciplinary team of oncologists, experts in palliative medicine, palliative nursing staff, psycho-oncologists, pain therapists, pastoral workers, social workers and voluntary workers work in close cooperation with the Rehabilitation Department to achieve the best possible quality of life and holistic care for patients.

In accordance with this objectives, the St.-Antonius-Hospital was accredited by the European Society for Medical Oncology as a designated centre for integrated oncology and palliative medicine on 15th September 2008.
