After presentation of his case in the Tumour Conference and treatment in the PKZ, each patient receives a patient's folder containing all of the important findings and results related to his treatment. This personalised medical file enables any treating physician to have all of the details of the disease and its evolution immediately to hand. This helps to avoid any unnecessary duplicate examinations and their associated costs, not to mention additional burdens on the patient. Aftercare is then provided by the urologist in private practice
