The Vascular Conference held on a monthly basis offers all those involved in the treatment, whether on an inpatient or outpatient basis, an important opportunity to discuss current knowledge and information and make the therapeutic recommendations available to all those working together in caring for the patient.

Planning and organising joint events for advanced staff training and for public information also form a significant part of the duties of this interdisciplinary forum.

A diabetologist, nephrologist, phlebologist, neurologist or plastic surgeon may also attend the conference if required. It also gives referring general practitioners and specialist vascular cooperation partners the opportunity to present their cases.
